Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Post UTME / Direct Entry Screening Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session [Degree and ND]

The Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) is a tertiary institution engaged in imparting knowledge and skills to students using specialized facilities and multi-disciplinary approach; a centre of excellence for serious innovative research and development in aerospace, aeronautical, aviation and allied industries/disciplines.

Admissions into NUC accredited First Degree and NBTE accredited National Diploma (ND) programmes offered in the Institute are open to the general public. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following programmes for the 2019/2020 Academic Session.

 

AFIT Post UTME Eligibility, Courses and Requirements.

Candidates seeking admission into AFIT’s 100 level undergraduate degree and diploma programmes are required to write JAMB UTME examination and AFIT Post-UTME and obtain the minimum departmental cut off mark. All o’level requirements must be obtained in not more than two sittings. Those intending to pursue 200 level undergraduate degree programmes will be offered direct entry admission if they meet entry requirements.

No Direct Entry Five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any other subject from Agricultural Science, Applied Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Biology, Building Construction, Chemistry, Electronics, Further Mathematics, Geography, Metalwork, Physics and Technical Drawing. ND Civil Engineering Technology

How to Apply for AFIT Post UTME Form.

Interested candidates are to visit AFIT portal at www.afitportals.com and proceed as stated therein. To access admission form, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 only for undergraduate application using AFIT online payment portal.

 

AFIT Post UTME Screening:

 

FOR DEGREE AND POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES

 

The Post UTME/Screening exercise for admission will hold from 3-9 Sept 2019 at AFIT, Nigerian Air Force Base Kaduna by 9am daily. Candidates are to attend the exercise with the following:

 

Original copy of 2019 UTME Result slip.

Acknowledgement slip printed from AFIT online application portal.

The Screening exercise will be conducted as follows:

 

Engineering Programmes – 3rd September 2019.

Science Programmes – 4th September 2019

Social and Management Sciences Programmes – 5th September 2019.

Post Graduate Programmes – 6th September 2019.

FOR DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES

 

ND candidates who selected AFIT as first choice and whose details have been received from JAMB with a score of or above the JAMB UTME cut-off pass mark would be invited for post-UTME screening scheduled to hold on 9th September 2019 at AFIT, Nigerian Air Force Base Kaduna by 9am. Candidates are to attend the exercise with the following:
